This property ownership service is for you if need to find out who owns a registered property or land in England and Wales

Let our experienced search team search the Land Registry of England and Wales (not Scotland) for your official copy documents which provides information on 19 million registered properties.

We can supply you with official copies of the land registry title register, ownership information and the filed title plan for any property registered at the Land Registry in England and Wales.

We will supply the information to you by e-mail in PDF format with the authenticated land registry document (if available) within 2 working days.

Note:

If during our electronic search of the Land Registry we find that the property does not have a title number, we will carry out an index map search to attempt to obtain it and then obtain the document for you if the property is registered.

If the property is not registered there will be no refund as we have carried out a comprehensive search on your behalf.

Please note that our Land Registry search services do not apply to Scotland or Northern Ireland.
